Modern Kitchen with a Traditional Vibe in a 1914 Craftsman Home

The ample kitchen allowed Arciform to create an open and airy space that ties in with the classic architecture of this stunning home. With large, simple gestures we highlighted the beauty of the stone counter and backsplash and the classic beauty of our custom cabinetry, casework, and hood.  Cozy corner seating allows for casual gatherings, and the island provides storage, a prep surface, and more room to host guests. We tucked a pantry into an alcove that previously hid refrigeration and storage, and by adding built ins to the side entry, we incorporated the functionality of a butler’s pantry and home office. This cerebral space is a wonderful backdrop for the family to wind down and spend time together.
