People: Project Managers: Mike Adair


Mike Adair has been a construction professional since the 1970s. He has extensive experience working with turn of the century techniques and structures; restoring doors and fenestration, providing a sound building envelope and energy efficient space. Past experience includes being a superintendent for Yorke Construction on a variety of projects including a new building at the Portland Japanese Garden with traditional Japanese elements. As an independent contractor Mike has built out tenant spaces in turn of the century masonry buildings in Portland’s downtown, including the Wilcox Block.
